7 WTF FACTS ABOUT US
1-early stages
at the beginning, we were only two. romano and jacques, the founders of emotionlessĀ©. our gang is now showcasing our unique products everywhere in the worldš±
the essence of emotionlessĀ© is guided and inspired by the rebellious golden years of rockā n āroll. it is an homage to 70ās in california. the mood is: velvet, classic cars, rock stars, motorcycle gang. itās also about women who dare to be sexy and to those who inspire us.
2-FIRST SAMPLE
this is the first sample ever made of emotionlessĀ© back in 2016. pure DIY. the struggle is real as you can see. the beginning of the hand embroidery.
3 - Virgil abloh
we once flew to Milan (in the only idea) to try to connect with the fashion god VIRGIL ABLOH. we made a special t-shirt for him. we arrived at his office, asked to see him (of course we didnāt had a meeting). he wasnāt there so we left the package at the office. we made a video (no you'll never see that video) and uploaded it on a USB that we left in the package explaining who we were and what we wanted. so far, we never received an answer. (the legend says that we are still waiting)
this is romano in the office giving the package to her assistant. that was in 2017.
and you know what? a year later, we did the same for the magazine of 032c in Berlin. copy and paste the story and you have it šand yes we are still waiting an answer (032C IF YOUāRE READING US)
4 - Quality
one of the things weāve always appreciated the most about the fashion entrepreneurs we love and respect is their commitment to quality. thatās an ethos weāve wanted to make central to emotionless from the beginning šso, you can make sure all of our products are quality.
5 - WE DJ
YES, romano & jacques are deejays. we have been deejaying since 10 years in places like Australia, Spain, Portugal of course Belgium. we even spent 3 months in Bangkok dj in the coolest places there. wonder what we do? Click here.
6 - TOMMY CASH
we went sneaky in the backstage once in a concert to meet the estonian legend Tommy Cash.
we of course made a special t-shirt for him. thanks again bruh.
7 - Sustainable fashion
we pay a special attention to sustainable fashion. as a brand, we value our mother earth this is why we also decided to extend the life of clothes, besides producing new garments. so we take vintage pieces and custom them. we make it special and unique for everyone. we have a responsibility to understand and offset the scope of the environmental impact. our goal is to one day be 100% š§šŖ made.
